Cohorts.
Our cohorts are craft-based (worship leader, songwriter, electric guitar, etc.) learning communities designed to guide each cohort member to experience deep transformation of heart and skill. Every cohort is designed to help you 1) discover the way of Jesus and how it relates to your craft, 2) develop an intentional plan toward a flourishing ministry, and 3) deepen the way you walk with Jesus and lead His church.
Retreats.
Our annual retreats are a key part of the DNA of The Way of Worship. We love hosting a Worship Leader retreat and a Songwriting retreat each year in beautiful “get-away” locations. Our retreats offer a hospitable community to leaders and writers from all over the country who are looking to get away to rest, find encouragement, and receive practical training in their craft.
